The water department's normal hours are 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday however, they are often at work sites and not easily reached by phone. There is an answering machine and messages are normally returned promptly, but if you don't hear back soon, please call City Hall at 573-392-2291 during normal working hours. For emergencies after hours, on holidays and weekends, please call 573-392-9111.
